Dr. William Smith to Speak at Utah Bar Association Virtual Event on Police Force
The Utah Bar Association has invited Dr. William Smith to speak at their Police Use of Lawful and Unlawful Force: Issues and Solutions, a 3-day virtual event from April 13-15, 2021.

The Utah Bar Association is holding Police Use of Lawful and Unlawful Force: Issues and Solutions, a 3-day program series (2-hour session) from April 13 - 15 to explore the issue of police force. CoE's Dr. William Smith (ECS) will be joining other notable prosecutors, trial lawyers, police chiefs, judges, and community leaders. There is a nominal fee ($25) for the virtual event and you can register by sending an email to cle@utahbar.org.
